FIRO and FIRO-B

Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation-Business or as it is usually referred to, FIRO-B, is an assessment tool which specifically focuses on managing relationships in the workplace and is a cornerstone for building effective and successful relationships.

Relationships are vital, they are a fundamental part of life but can be a potential source of tension in the workplace. The FIRO-B framework shows how you can shape and adapt your individual behaviours, influence others effectively and build trust amongst colleagues.
